Happy Valentine’s Day!
In the spirit of today’s festivities, we’re going to recommend two romance books for your weekend reading pleasure. (Stop rolling your eyes – did you know that romance accounts for half the books sold each year, beating all other genres in sales?)
The Hating Game by Sally Thorne (soon to be a motion picture) is a workplace romance featuring rivals with a hate-filled backstory vying for the same promotion in a publishing house. A traditional rom-com format with clever writing that features a feisty heroine and a happily-ever-after.
Along the Infinite Sea by Beatriz Williams follows the storylines of two women, one in the 1930’s and one in the 1960’s and their paths to true love. A less traditional romance with more at stake as their stories include married men, Nazis, war and tragedy.
Happy reading!
